Adding humour into it- it is something that hasn't been done before

Not complicated

Easy for the audience to understand what is going on

Doesn't It involve too many people so it will be easy to communicate with all the cast and crew

Shows features that are new to the phone

It will all start off when the actor comes out of his house to go for a run. He will go to the park and see a girl, he will be too bothered looking at her and not paying attention where he is going and will fall over, he will then pull his phone and show the finger recognition, S-Health and the high quality camera.

Before we are able to create our pitch to Samsung we have to take into consideration that we haven't stolen any ideas or used any music that we was not given permission to use and we also have to make sure that we follow the ASA's and BCAP codes of practice. in 2013 4,161 adverts had either been changed or had to be withdrawn because they were not appropriate and the general public complained about it so the ASA investigated into it.

We have made sure that our idea was not stolen from anyone else because we made sure that we all worked on it ourselves and no one else had seen it and in order to make sure that we do not get copyright music we have to make sure that if we want a song then we have to approach a specific artist or songwriter and make sure that we have their permission to use their song inside of out advert.

We would also have to take into consideration the codes of practice such as risky content, false advertising and product placement so we have to make sure that we are promoting anything that shouldn't be such as gambling and we cannot say in our advert something that that item doesn't do for example we couldn't say that if you drank something you would be given powers because it wouldn't happen.

To make sure that we do not run into any problems such as this we would have to be careful what we put down to go into the advert because it it had anything that shouldn't be there then the advert would be taken down

AS2 Task 3 Requirements for a production

It is important that we find out what it is we are doing and what equipment we shall be using because if we didn't do that then the client who wants the advert does not know how long it would take for us to get the advert completed and how much it would cost us to create the advert. If the client didn't know this information then they would not know what to expect so if they went ahead with it without this information then it could end up costing them more than what they would gain from all the sales.

Before we are able to start the filming process we would need to find out where we will be getting all of our equipment from and also how much they would be costing us. We decided that we would get our camera equipment from a website called hireacamera and the camera that we will be getting is part of a bundle and it has a deposit of £745 and we would hire the camera out for a week which would cost a further £395 including the VAT so the total cost for the camera would be £1140 and this bundle will have the tripod that we would need, the camera itself which has a mic built into it, there are also personal mics just incase there are shots that we want to be able to do with the camera far away and also have the actors/actresses talking we will still be able to get the audio of them talking, there is also a light that we can attach onto the camera if we decide that we want to do a shot outside in the dark and there are also headphones that come with it as well.

There are various places where we would like to film our advert, the first place where we would go would be in front of a house as if someone is leaving the house to go for a run, then the next place would be is in the street seeing someone walking along going to the place that they want to go and the last place that we would like to film would be inside a park seeing someone going for a run in the park. We would need to get permission to film in front of someones house because we would be revealing the area that they would live in so we would have to talk to the owner and the tenants of the house before we can start filming. All of these locations would be in walking distance and because it is the local area that we live in we wouldn't need to get a map to direct us around and some of the problems that we may face while filming would be that the weather could be bad so we would not be able to film just in case some of our equipment got damaged, also we might end up getting members of the public inside of our advert so we would have to get a contract drawn out and get them to sign it to say that they won't try to sue is for them been in the advert and also for them to say that it is alright for them to be in it.

This is the journey that we will be taking when we come to record the advert if we choose to film in these places.

We would need 2 main actors/actresses for this advert which would be 1 male and 1 female and we would also need to have a few other people in the background and we would also like it if they were quite young people and we would also be finding all of our cast by holding auditions so that we know what they would be capable of. For our advert we would be hiring someone who isn't well known because it would be a cheaper option but before we would hire them we would make sure that they are all capable to doing the tasks that we need them to do. If there are any members of the general public around we would ask them if it was alright for them to be in the advert and get them to sign the disclaimer form to prove that they did give their permission.

For our advert i was thinking that the actors and actresses could wear running things because for this advert we would need them to be comfortable when they are running and we we wouldn't need any props other than the Samsung Galaxy S5 as that is what we are trying to advertise. The props we would be able to get from Samsung so that we are able to get the advert filmed and we would get the costumes from Nike or Adidas so in order to get that from them we would need to get them to give us permission to use it in our advert. We would store all of the costumes in a car that will be parked close by in between shoots and we are hoping to spend less than £100 on all of the costumes that we need for the advert and the prop would be given to us by Samsung and when we have finished the advert it would be handed back to them.
This is something similar to what we would like the actor and actress to wear.

We are hoping that all of the planning, getting the materials, filming the advert and then editing it all would take no more than 4 months and we are also hoping that we will spend no more than £3500 on getting everything ready.
